History is doubtlessly an inevitable part of our life and education. Any branch of study more or less tend to refer to some part of a bygone event , thus connected directly or indirectly to history. There is a large group of student community that takes history as their favourite subject. Christ college has set up a special department for history to meet the requirements of the students who go for BA History as their main subject. The lecturers who are voracious readers of history are highly resourceful in their respective area and can render any help to the students regarding the subject.
